Are teams allowed?

The rules state that "individuals can do X," but it is unclear as to whether or not team submissions are allowed. If so, is there a limit on the number of people per team? Thanks!

    I had a related question regarding teams that I was unable to find in the Rules section. May an individual that is part of a team be affiliated with a company, or representing a company?
